The present invention provides a method for cloning the VP2 gene encoding the protective protein of canine parvovirus and expressing it in baculovirus, an insect virus, to produce a recombinant protein, and a method for producing a canine parvovirus infection vaccine based on the same. It is believed that the recombinant protein obtained by this method may contribute to the prevention of canine parvovirus infection.
