SUBSTANCE: plasmid pro PF5 is obtained by association of plasmid pro P5-fragment encoding protective antigen of anthrax pathogen and plasmid pKMI-fragment containing fra-operon with gene encoding capsule antigen FI of plague pathogen. Recombinant plasmid DNA pro PF5 is inherited constantly in E. coli JM83. After 80 generations on L-broth without selective pressure stability is 100%.
