The tool (1) has an element (3) located on its end side for fixing and removing objects, where several retentive elements (4) are formed on the element which wedge, clamp, hook or adhere in bores made in the respective objects after the element has been inserted. The element is built as a friction element whose top surface is smooth, roughened or coated. The retentive elements may be built as a barb or a threaded element. a hardenable substance may be applied to the element, whereby the substance hardens in the object to enable the element to fix to it. The element is either rigidly or flexibly connected to the tool. The element may be removably attached to the tool.
