The device has a supporting element provided with retention elements or anchors (5a) for fixing a tooth (4) in proximal to the supporting element. A fastenable anchor, rod-shaped fixing element or an action element is fastened with the tooth, root fragments, reimplanted tooth or root parts. The retention elements are formed as single-piece with the supporting element. A spring exerts a tensile force on the fastenable anchor and/or the fixing element for axial movement of natural tooth or root fragments along the fixing element. An independent claim is also included for a dental diaphragm for a bone tissue structure.
