Instrument for removing fractured root canal instruments and pins from tooth root canals with wire loop technique characterized, that a fine wire is threaded as a loop (7) through a narrow hollow needle (6) and the wire ends are anchored in a plastic cylinder (9), which in turn sits in a hollow cylinder (8). The wire loop (7) can be changed and tightened by a tensioning device (2) consisting of spring sleeve (3), adjusting sleeve (4) and locking part (5) in its diameter.
