The invention relates to a switch comprising a base plate (2) bearing fixed contacts (14) and an actuating element (6) displaceable between at least two positions approximately perpendicularly to said base plate. This actuating element (6) bears a conductor configuration, preferably made of a flat material, which actuating element (6) can be meshed with the fixed contacts, and, upon displacement of the actuating element, switches a first predetermined electric contact between the fixed contacts to a second predetermined electric contact. The switch is characterized in that the fixed contacts have the form of wire contacts (14), the one ends of which are fixed to the base plate (2) and the other ends of which end with a bow contact (12), and in that the electric conductor configuration is formed by a contact wafer (8) which, in both positions of the actuating element (6), electrically connects the bow contacts of the wire contacts to each other in predetermined manner, said bow contacts resisting against the contact wafer (8) in electric bias.
