PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make residual accelerating agent difficult to be generated in a rotor by making a rotor blade surface a surface inclined to the inside for a center line of the rotor blade for supplying accelerating agent of a rotary feeder for supplying quantitative accelerating agent to be added to spraying cement. ;SOLUTION: To have an inclined angle θ by a blade surface 15 is that a blade groove corner angle α to be an angle between a surface 17 which is orthogonally crossed with a center line 16 of a rotor blade 14 and the blade surface 15 becomes 90°+θ, the blade surface 15 becomes larger than when the blade surface 15 is parallel to the center line 16 and accelerating agent at both corner parts of a bottom part of a blade groove 18 is made easy to be discharged and made difficult to be left. If blade pitch of the rotor blade 14 is the same, blade groove opening space w (space between vertex parts of opposed blade surfaces 15) can be widened as compared with a case where the blade surfaces 15 are parallel to the center line 16 and accelerating agent within the blade groove 18 is made easy to be discharged and is also made difficult to be left.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
