PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a delicious cooked food utilizing Flammulina velutipes and readily eaten to promote the utilization of the Flammulina velutipes. ;SOLUTION: This cooked food is obtained by using Flammulina velutipes with a long stalk as an ingredient material, and forming the Flammulina velutipes into a solidified material by a jelly. The jelly part is exemplified by the one obtained by solidifying soup obtained from a tangle, bonito or the like, and the one obtained by solidifying a seasoning liquid obtained by using a fruit juice, milk, a candy, sugar or the like. Crab meat, herring roe, seasoned cod roe, powdered tangle, green laver or the like can be added as the ingredient material, and a transparent jelly layer can be formed on the solidified material by the jelly.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
