PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forms made of cloth for slope planting and a slope planting method using the same, by which a sufficient planting landscape is obtained while planting soil sufficient for requiring the growth of plants can be ensured and which can be executed safely and simply. SOLUTION: The mat-shaped forms 4 capable of covering the face of a slope are sewn by cloth having water permeability, and the forms made of cloth for slope planting, in which the filler hole of a borrow material 6 for planting is formed at one end of the forms 4, and the mat-shaped forms 4 made of cloth sewn by cloth having water permeability are laid on the face of the slope 1. The borrow material 6 for planting is injected into the forms 4 made of cloth and the forms 4 made of cloth are fixed by anchors, a wire gauze 7 is installed onto the forms 4, and planting is conducted to the borrow material 6 in the forms 4 made of cloth.
