PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily sweep dust on the upper face of a looseness indication cap fitted to a fastening bolt for a rail by rotating a buff through a timing belt by the rotation of a wheel of a traveling main frame on the rail. ;SOLUTION: A driving wheel 4A and a supporting wheel 22 are rotated on a railroad rail R when holding the upper end handle 7 of a control rod 6 erected on a body frame 2 and pushing it. The driving shaft of the driving wheel 4A is connected to the main shaft equipped with an actuation pulley 11 are connected to each other through 8 timing belt 5 to rotate a flywheel and a buff 18 equipped on the main shaft to one-way direction through a clutch. In this way, dust stuck on the upper face of a looseness indication cap (a) fitted on the head of a tightening bolt fastening a rail to a sleeper can be removed by the buff 18. The height of the buff 18 can be varied by adjusting the inclination of a moving frame 12 equipped with the supporting wheel 22 by an adjustable bolt 31.
