PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax a step difference of engine torque generated during a change of an EGR factor. SOLUTION: Based on the change speed of a target EGR factor and the change speed of a target fuel injection amount, a condition to correct a fuel injection amount is established at S1-S7 during a change of a target EGR factor, a correction amount of the target fuel injection amount is calculated to correct a fuel injection amount at S8-S12, based on the change rate of the target EGR factor and a time constant of dynamic characteristics in which gas sucked to the collector of a suction pipe is sucked in a cylinder.
