CONTINUOUS BELT CONVEYOR SUPPORTING MECHANISM IN TUNNEL EXCAVATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous belt conveyor supporting mechanism which is used in tunnel exacavation using a continuous belt conveyor and which can secure free movement of a seat dolly, etc. ;SOLUTION: Support dollies (a front 5a, a middle 5b, and a rear 5c) are arranged in front of, in the middle, and in the rear of a working dolly (seat dolly 3 and arch center 4). From the working dolly (seat dolly 3 and arch center 4) a bracket is overhung in the tunnel traversing direction, and a lower roller is borne by this bracket in the tunnel traversing direction, and a rail (support rail 7) placed on the lower roller is fixed to the support dollies 5a, 5b, and 5c in the tunnel extending direction, while an upper roller 8 is borne by the rail (support rail 7) in the tunnel traversing direction, and a continuous belt conveyor 6 is supported on this upper roller 8 in the tunnel extending direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
