PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which the outline guidance of an electronic mail is heard in the designated guidance order through a phone call and to which order of electronic mails the guidance corresponds is confirmed and a text is heard by designating a number of the position of the electronic mail from a phone call or the like, and to provided the device there for the recording medium. ;SOLUTION: The guidance order of electronic mails is decided by designating in advance the order of the arrival or the newer order. An electronic mail order conversion means 2 assigns as it in when the order of electronic mails not read in the case of the arrival order and converts the order into newer order and delivers them. An electronic mail order management means 4 delivers the received current order to a order utterance means 3 and a header information read-out means 7 to confirm the outline of the electronic mails through a phone call by read-out. When the user enters the order of the electronic mails by using a pushbutton of a telephone set, the electronic mail order management means 4 delivers the order to a text read-out means 6, where a text of a designated electronic mail is heard by a phone call.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
