PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized highly reliable operating mechanism by providing a structure, such that the working points to an output lever of the force working from a disconnecting spring, the force working from an input cam and the force working from an O-plot are situated on the same plane. ;SOLUTION: When a disconnect command is inputted to a solenoid 55, the solenoid 55 is operated to rotate a catch 54 clockwise, and an O-plop 52 and a latch 52a are integrally rotated clockwise. The support of an output lever 42 is released to release the energy of a disconnecting spring 46, and the output lever 42 is rotated clockwise by this drive force for driving the electrode of a switch into interrupted state. Since the working point to the lever 42 of the forces working from disconnecting spring 46, an input cam 40, the O-plop 52 and a damper 43 are situated on the same plane, an eccentric force is hardly worked, and the part and support member of a movable part can be miniaturized.
