PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple detecting method for APC protein which can be used as the diagnostic marker of a familial large-intestine polyposis. ;SOLUTION: A T cell which is collected from a sample is activated under a condition under which the T cell is activated. An activated T cell is obtained. APC protein is detected in the obtained activated T cell. On the basis of whether an abnormality exists in the detected APC protein, a familial large- intestine polyposis can be detected. Thereby, without using a comparatively complicated technique such as an immortalizing technique or the like due to virus infection, the APC protein which can be used as the diagnostic marker of the familial large-intestine polyposis Can be detected by a simple operation.
