PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a steel building, a mounting bracket for use in the floor structure, and a method for forming the floor structure using a combination panel. ;SOLUTION: In the floor structure of a steel building, at least four corners of a combination panel 10 where a wooden panel 12 is bonded to at least the back of an ALC panel 11 are secured to a floor steel beam 2. A mounting bracket for a combination panel for a floor comprises an A-metal fitting 20 where the upper ends of two orthogonally intersecting vertical parts are curved horizontally to form horizontal parts that can be screwed to the surfaces of two adjacent combination panels, with the clamping part of the upper flange of the steel beam projected integrally with the lower end of one of the vertical parts, and a B-metal fitting 25 formed of a plate having a step almost in its center and having one side laid on and screwed to the horizontal part of the A metal fitting 20 and the other side screwed to the two combination panels adjacent to the former combination panel.
