PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the term of works by mutually connecting ridge convex tiles, stacked ridge tiles and large-sized ridge tiles in connecting sections and arranging earthquake-resisting ridge tiles to the upper sections of the ridge tiles for openings in the lower section of a ridge, in which the earthquake-resisting ridge riles are laid on a ridge section, through shock absorbers in the earthquake-resisting ridge tiles, in which the ridge convex tiles, the stacked ridge tiles and the large-sized long-thin ridge tiles are formed integrally. ;SOLUTION: Ridge tiles 3 for openings in the lower sections of a ridge are laid on upper sections among pantiles 4 roofed on a roof 5 by filling or mortar execution, and sealing materials 2 comprising the shock absorbers of formed packings are stuck at both ends of the upper sections of the ridge tiles 3 for the openings in the lower sections of the ridge and earthquake-resisting ridge tiles 1 are placed. The earthquake-resisting ridge tiles 1 are formed of coronary sections having arcuate cross sections and being viewed as ridge convex tiles, sections stacked at both ends of the coronary sections and viewed as stacked ridge tiles superposed in a stepped shape, sections stacked at lower stages and viewed as large ridge tiles and fitting sections 1a placed at the lower sections of the coronary sections of adjacent ridge tiles.
