PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten a ridge section, and to obtain the execution method of a ridge-section tile resisting the flapping of a typhoon and vibrations by an earthquake by binding and fixing a crown tile, a tile between rafters and a pantile to a ridge-tile support plate with a vertical plate section and a leg opening section by metallic wires. ;SOLUTION: Band-shaped pieces formed to vertical plate sections 7 in a ridge-tile support ridge plate 5, in which a stainless steel plate is bent in a chevron shape and which is formed back to back, are bent downwards and crown-tile fixing pieces 8 are formed, and band-shaped pieces formed at the central section of leg opening plate sections 6 are bent upwards and pantile fixing pieces 9 are formed. Asphalt roofing as building paper 4 is executed to sheathing roof boards 3 lined on rafters 2, and the leg opening plate sections 6 of the ridge-tile support ridge plates 5 are fixed onto the rafters 2 by anchor nails 15 through the sheathing roof boards 3. The receiving groove 12 of a vertical wall 11 is fitted to the vertical plate sections 7 and a crown tile 10 is placed, and the crown tile 10 is bound and fixed to two inserting holes 13 formed to a top face and the crown-tile fixing pieces 8 by stainless wires 14. Tiles 17 among rafters and pantiles 16 are united and fastened to the pantile fixing pieces 9 by the stainless wires 14. Accordingly, ridge tiles can be lightened, and seismicity can be improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
