PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of an air conditioner system utilizing skeleton thermal storage. SOLUTION: This floor air diffusing air conditioner system utilizing skeleton thermal storage comprises a floor skeleton 1 having a hollow part 2 for forming an air passage for communicating both end sides with an underfloor space 4 via communication ports 15, 16; wind shield plates 17, 18 installed corresponding to the ports 15, 16 at inside from the positions of the ports 15, 16 in the space 4; a floor air outlet 13 disposed corresponding to the space 4 between the plates 17 and 18, to diffuse conditioned air from an air conditioner into the space 4 corresponding to one end side of the passage; and a ventilation opening/closing unit 19 installed at the shield plate corresponding to the other end side.
