DEVELOPING MAGAZINE, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE AND DEVELOPING MAGAZINE SUPPORTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position a processing unit such as a developing device, etc., at the time of attaching a developing magazine by avoiding the interference of the developing magazine with a photoreceptor at the time of attaching/ detaching the developing magazine with simple structure. ;SOLUTION: A 1st positioning part 19 positioned with respect to the photoreceptor 14 is formed at the inner part of the supporting frame 7 of an image forming device main body and a 2nd positioning part 22 is formed on the front side end face of the photoreceptor 14, and a developing device 25 and a cleaner 26 are assembled on a slider 24 in the developing magazine, which is provided with a 1st fitting part 36 projecting from the inner side end part of a developing roller 35 and a 2nd fitting part 38 positioned with respect to the roller 35. In a process to insert the developing magazine in the frame 7, the device 25 and the cleaner 26 retreat from the photoreceptor 14 together with the slider 24 so as to prevent the damage of the photoreceptor 14. When the developing magazine is inserted in the frame 7, the entire developing magazine is displaced so as to fit the 1st and the 2nd fitting parts 36 and 38 in the 1st and the 2nd positioning parts 19 and 22.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
