KARAOKE SING-ALONG MACHINE WHICH ENABLES A USER TO PLAY ACCOMPANIMENT MUSIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a KARAOKE sing-along machine user to easily participate in musical instrument playing by outputting the respective accompaniment tones corresponding to the note information in KARAOKE sing-along accompaniment music by reflecting only the playing operation timing of a mimic musical instrument. ;SOLUTION: The playing data from the mimic musical instrument 40 is inputted to a playing input data input section 33 having a MIDI input terminal. The playing input data input section 33 converts the playing data to a signal (substitution note-on signal) indicating only the input data in spite of the content and applies the same to a synthesizer control section 31. The synthesizer control section 31 receives the substitution note-on signal as the note-on signal of the temporarily stored note information and immediately forms the accompaniment tones complying with the stored note information in corresponding sound sources. Then, the accompaniment tones are outputted in synchronization with the playing operation on of the mimic musical instrument 40. The respective accompaniment tones corresponding to the note information in the KARAOKE sing-along accompaniment music are outputted by reflecting only the playing operation timing of the mimic musical instrument.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
