PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information of plural WWW servers on one picture by providing a means for receiving one piece of HTML data from the plural WWW servers, based on a method for receiving information from the plural WWW servers and a means for collecting the HTML data or the like. SOLUTION: A user inputs the URL of a virtual WWW server device 1. An HTTP communication part 43 of a WWW browser 4 delivers a GET command to an HTTP communication part 11 of the virtual WWW server device 1. The HTTP communication part 11 delivers the received GET command to a request processing part 12. The request processing part 12 fetches the index.html of a real file name from the GET command and delivers it to an HTML generating part 13. Then, the HTML generating part 13 receives the HTML file received from a data acquisition part 14 and stores these contents into an internal buffer. Thus, the information of plural WWW servers can be provided on one picture without changing the communication method of conventional HTTP.
