PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant which enables formation of an immediately usable dental prosthesis by increasing holding strength against a tooth-extraction groove, etc. ;SOLUTION: This implant 1 has an approximately cylindrical main body 2, provided with a threaded part 2a on the outer periphery of its thick-walled part and provided with a slit part 3 of a U-shape or a shape resembling the U-shape, such that at least a portion of it does not separate from the thick- walled part, and a bulging part 4a having a U-shape or a shape resembling the U-shape, bulged outward from the outer periphery of the main body 2 at the slit part 3 and defined by the slit part 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
