PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high potential negative ionization forging method for products of metals, etc., capable of improving the durability, hardness, stress, electrical conductivity, etc., of the products of the metals, etc., surely to 100% and exerting a favorable influence on a person using the treated products and a high potential ionization forging apparatus therefor. ;SOLUTION: This high potential negative ionization forging method for the products of the metals, etc., consists in simultaneously subjecting the products 4 during the time of natural cooling and natural pressure reducing from a high-temp. and high- pressure state to simultaneous continuation of a magnetic domain direction treatment to unify the magnetic domains to the specified direction by applying magnetic lines of force in the specified direction on these products and a negative ionization treatment of applying an electrical stimulus thereon by electrifying the products with the high potential negative ions having the output waveform deviated to the minus side by putting liquid 2 and bincho charcoal 3 into a pressure kiln 1, completely soaking the entire part of the products 4 to be treated into this liquid 2 in the unified direction, hermetically sealing the lid 5 of the pressure kiln 1, heating the pressure kiln 1 and stopping the heating at ≥100 to ≤200°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
