PURPOSE: To provide an inspection method and device for rubberized cord fabric capable of surely measuring the arrangement pitch of cord and excess rubber amount even if the cord is made of metal and non-metal synthetic fiber and the like. ;CONSTITUTION: One of surfaces on the front 1a or the rear 1b of a rubberized cord fabric 1 is casted by light from an oblique direction. The reflection light reflected at one surface is received from the particular side with a light reception sensor 3. By this constitution, the pattern of bright and dark due to the light casting is detected. Based on the bright and dark pattern, the arrangement pitch of the rubberized cord fabric 1 is measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
