CONSTITUTION:The objective product arranged on a supporting plate 1 so as to oppose to each small chamber 5 of a microplate 7 for housing a culture medium and constituted by forming holes 1a each having a diameter smaller than the small chamber and simultaneously applying a tacky agent 3 for attaching on the upper face of the microylate 7 on the rear face of the supporting plate 1 and further applying a filter 2 incapable of passing a microbial cell through but capable of passing a gas through and used by attaching on the microplate 7.
