PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungus body growth state measurement sensor which can accurately and continuously measure the growth state of a fungus body in a fungus body solution, to provide a fungus body growth state measurement device, and to provide a fungus body culture system.;SOLUTION: The fungus body growth state measurement sensor 30 for measuring the growth state of the fungus body in a fungus body solution is characterized by comprising an electrode portion 36 having an anode side electrode 31, a cathode side electrode 32, an ion exchange membrane 33 laminated to the anode side electrode 31 and the cathode side electrode 32 between these electrodes, and a cathode side terminal 35 electrically connected to the cathode side electrode 32, and a case 37 to which the electrode portion 36 is attached so that the anode side electrode 31 and the tip 35a of the cathode side terminal 35 are exposed to the outside, and which receives the cathode side electrode 32 and an oxidation-reduction substance solution 40 in a sealed state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
