ATTACHMENT STRUCTURE OF GROMMET TO WIRE AND MANUFACTURE OF THE GROMMET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent gaps from occurring between wires in the case of a grommet formed by insert-molding the wires. ;SOLUTION: A grommet 10 is equipped with a small diameter tube part 11 for putting a plurality of wires w therethrough and a conical tube part 12 whose diameter is enlarged from one end of this small diameter tube part 11 and is provided with a locking recess part 13 for a member to be attached provided on an outer circumferential surface of this conical tube part 12. In this case, a region, where a plurality of wires are juxtaposed with spaces, then insert-molded, and formed into a grommet, is provided on at least a part of the small diameter tube part 11, a resin 14 being filled between the wires in this insert-molded part, thereby eliminating gaps.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
