PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process for a mix for cooked rice seasoned with dried vegetables having a good horseradish-like taste which can remain in the cooked rice during the production operation. ;SOLUTION: This production process comprises the pretreatment of vegetables, the heat-drying step for the vegetables, the first mixing step for mixing hardened oil with horseradish, and the step for mixing the first mixture with the dried vegetables.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
