PURPOSE:To enhance the sealing performance of the edge of a door waist opening, and suppress rattling of a door window panel. CONSTITUTION:An upper seal lip 11 and a lower seal lip 12 are provided on a waist sash mounted to a waist flange 2 of a door outer panel 1, in such a way as in steps up and down and in a single piece structure. These lips 11, 12 are formed hollow with approx. triangular section, wherein the upper lip walls 11b, 12b shall be given a larger hardness than the lower lip walls 11c, 12c.
