PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky farming machine improved in riding efficiency and operating efficiency and useful as a sulky rice transplanter, so designed that projections intended for anti-slip are provided on the respective outer edges of steps so as to reduce the possibility of foot slip or foot missing and enable the mechanical strength of the steps to be raised. ;SOLUTION: This sulky farming machine is so designed that the upper part of a traveling machine body 1 is provided with a driving seat 14, steps 19, 22, 23 around the seat 14, and projections 24, 25 intended for anti-slip are provided on the respective outer edges of the steps. It is preferable that the projection 25 at the step riding position stands low and another projection 23c for anti-slip is provided on the outer edge of the side step 23 connecting the main step and the rear step 22 on the side of the driving seat 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1999,JPO
