PURPOSE:To provide the title inexpensive sheet easy to cut, having excellent soundproof effect even with small thickness, consisting of a paperboard having each specified weight and apparent porosity which is produced by putting rag fiber and waste paper fiber at specified ratio to papermaking process. CONSTITUTION:The objective sheet can be obtained by laminating, through asphalt or hot-melt type adhesive, pref. at least two plies of paperboard =550 (pref. 800-=850) g/m2 in weight and =75% in apparent porosity which is produced by putting (A) 70-90 (pref. 80-85) wt.% of rag fiber and (B) 0-30 (pref. 15-20) wt.% of waste paper fiber to papermaking process.
