The present invention refers to a device expressly conceived to economize fuel and to reduce contaminant emissions to atmosphere and which consists on a metallic cartridge. The interior part of which there is a granulated metal-shaped metallic alloy and an magnetic internal core which jointly produce a physic-chemical effect over fuel which is fed towards an internal-combustion engine or towards an industrial, domestic type burner, by fracturing, ionization and alignment of fuel particles which pass through device, thus achieving a saving on fuel expense, as well as considerable reduction of contaminant gases emitted to atmosphere.
