A Pharmaceutical composition comprising: i) an anti Yeast agent which is (-) - (2R CIS) - 4 - [4 - [[4 - [[5 - (2,4-difluorophenyl) - 5 - (1H - trahidro - 1.2.4 - triazol 1 - ylmethyl) furan-3 - il] methoxy] phenyl] - 1-piperazinyl] phenyl] 2 - dihydro - 4 - 2 - [(S) - 1 - (S) - ethyl - 2 - hydroxypropyl - 1,2,4-triazole 3H] - 3-one; (ii) with a nonionic Surfactant; and III) a diluent.The composition allows the Fatty Compound, which has a very low solubility in water, improve the bioavailability in Mammals, such as humans.
