DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test is carried out using ELISA microtitration plates or strips having standard surface dimensions combined with an increased internal surface area and wells with reduced volume in order to reduce the amount of expensive reagent used.
