A display de-vice (16), in communica-tion with the receiver (14),displays the visual mes-sage of a selected one ofthe at least one message. A first housing (20) housesthe receiver and the dis-play device to form a self-contained, viable receiverunit (10). A camera (22)captures at least one im-age. A transmitter (24)transmits a signal basedupon the at least one im-age captured by the cam-era (22). A second hous-ing (26) houses the camera (22) and the transmitter (24) to form a self-contained, viable transmitter unit (12). The second housing (26) isselectively attachable and detachable from the first housing (20). As a result, the transmitter unit (12) may be selectively attached to thereceiver unit (10) and detached from the receiver unit (10).
