The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode for secondary batteries using a V-Ti alloy, and more particularly, nickel powder is added to a V-Ti hydrogen storage alloy that stores a lot of hydrogen in a gas state but does not discharge at all in an electrolyte. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a V-Ti alloy as a secondary battery electrode by sintering to enable discharge in an electrolyte.
