The RS is the calculated value (%IACS) of R which is the conductivity rate of the copper alloy foil (10) in a case where the entire chrome (Cr) is solidified. The RP is the calculated value (%IACS) of R which is the conductivity rate of the copper alloy foil (10) in a case where the entire chrome (Cr) is extracted.
