The wastewater purification method according to the present invention includes a first step in which two or more flocculants are added to the wastewater and stirred and mixed together to float and precipitate inorganic and organic materials. The first step is repeated one or more times in sequence.;In the first step, two or more flocculants are introduced into the wastewater, and stirred and mixed together. Next, in the second step, three or more kinds of flocculants are added to the supernatant obtained in the first step, stirred and mixed to stir and precipitate the remaining inorganic and organic materials. At least one of the first and second steps is repeated one or more times in sequence.;According to the method, ordinary water, drinking water and extremely pure water were obtained from the waste water. It is also possible to purify the exhaust gas by introducing the exhaust gas at any stage of the process.
