The present invention relates to a wastewater treatment which can economically remove the heavy metals, such as heavy metals, and CN ^- in wastewater by using a quartz stone pretreated by a simple facility and a process, in waste water containing heavy metals and CN ^- CN, and chromaticity in wastewater by using a quartz stone which has been crushed, calcined, alkali-treated and dried.
