FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: variable-capacitance transducer for measuring of temperature or moisture content has electrodes between which glass ceramic fiber in the form of very thin thread is positioned. Drawing of transducer-fiber thread is performed by double-crucible method. Transducers are of fast action and small error caused by radiation effect.
