FIELD: selection and genetics of plants. SUBSTANCE: for producing self-fertile alloplasmatic euploid and aneuploid wheat strains hybrids are used. As the parent mother form wild-growing barley H. geiculatum All./=H. marinum subsp. gussoneanum is used and soft wheat strain Pyrotrix-28 is used as a father form and the first recurrent parent. The first backcross generation is obtained by breeding hybrids with wheat strain Pyrotrix-28 and the second backcross generation is obtained on the basis of self-fertile hybrid combination (H. geniculatum All. x Pyrotrix-28) x Pyrotrix-28 by repeated pollination with wheat strains Pyrotrix-28 or Novosibirskaya-67. The third backcross generation is obtained at repeated pollination of plants combination (H. geniculatum All. x Pyrotrix-28) x Pyrotrix-28 x Novosibirskaya-67 with wheat strain Novosibirskaya-67. The use of backcrosser sequences and treatment of plant-regenerants with colchicine provides the recovery of fertility in offsprings of backcross generations and its stable conservation in the following self-pollinated generations.
