This machine removes the projecting weld bead between plastic corner profile sections (2, 2). It comprises a frame (1) with side insertion opening (4) into which the corner with the weld bead is first introduced. Pneumatic cylinders (10, 10, 10) move a pressure clamp (9) vertically downwards to hold the sections down onto the resting table (5), clamping them there. A two-jaw clamping system (7, 7) working through a long slot (6) in the table travels up, actuated by pneumatic cylinder (8), to clamp the loose corner profile strips temporarily, oriented along the length, with subsequent release.
