A rubber-metal plate (3) is provided between the T frame (4a) and the bolt (2) screwed at one end into the trackway (1). The plate comprises two horizontal metal plates (11a, 11b) joined to each other by an intermediate rubber layer (14). The T-frame is joined to the bottom metal plate (11b), whilst the opposite end of the bolt to the trackway is joined to the top metal plate (11a).
