Partially hydrogenated sunflower oil with high oleic acid content

Partially hydrogenated fatty acid triglycerides of vegetable origin, in which - 70 wt.% of the fatty acids are 18C mono-unsaturated acids, and = 2 wt.% are 18C polyunsaturated acids. An Independent claim is also included for a manufacturing process for the partially hydrogenated triglycerides, which involves hydrogenating "high oleic" sunflower oil at 100-200 deg C and 2-5 bar in the presence of a catalyst.
