Fault-testing of dull unfinished vehicle chassis provided with light-colored filler

The method is carried out under white light. The car chassis is wetted with a colored emulsion, at least in critical regions. Preferably, the whole of the chassis is treated with colored emulsion. A colored grinding liquid may be used as the emulsion. The color of the emulsion is preferably selected as a contrasting color to the color of the filler used originally, e.g. a light-colored filler.
