PURPOSE: To downsize a driving means by connecting a pair of right and left driving and driven faces in an interlocking manner, bringing into contact with/ separating from each other alternately, and interposing an elastic body between a tension pulley and a one-way means, thereby reducing the external force to operate the transmission operation. ;CONSTITUTION: In a transmission 58, a V-belt 67 is wound around a driving pulley 64 and a driven pulley 66. The pulleys 64,66 consist of a pair of right and left driving faces 64a and driving faces 66a which are contactable/separable in the axial direction. A tension pulley 132 is arranged between the pulleys 64, 66, and this is moved only in the direction where the tension pulley is pressed against the V-belt 67 by a one-way means 135. In this case, the driving face 64a is connected to the driven face 66a by an interlocking bar 71. When either set of the faces approaches to each other, the other set of the faces are separated from each other.
