PURPOSE:To provide a jig for inserting non-nuclear fuel core structure body capable of smoothly and reliably inserting such non-nuclear fuel core structure bodies as control rod cluster, burnable poison assembly and the like in a nuclear fuel assembly and an inserting device provided with the jig for inserting non-nuclear fuel core structure body. CONSTITUTION:A control rod 103 is lowered in the state that a frame 21 of a guide jig 20 is placed at the upper part of a nuclear fuel assembly 6 and the lower part of the control rod 103 is coupled to an guide groove 301 of a guide part 30 to regulate the lower position of the control rod 103 so as to insert it in the space formed in a guide groove 220 in the guide part 22 of the guide jig 20. At the same time, by placing the guide part 30 at the upper part of the frame 21, the control rod 103 is positioned in the nuclear fuel assembly 6 to smoothly insert the control rod 103 into the nuclear fuel assembly 6.
