PURPOSE: To allow operation based on 3 product method without increasing the load factor of a CPU even if the operating frequency of a generator fluctuates. ;CONSTITUTION: When the operating frequency of a generator is within a range of ±α% of rated frequency (S1), voltage operation (S2) of generator, bus voltage operation (S3), effective power operation (S4), reactive power operation (S5) and excitation control operation (S6) are effected. When the operating frequency deviates from that range, minimum necessary operations (S2, S3) and excitation control operation (S6A) except the secondary regulating function are effected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
