PURPOSE: To obtain a method for producing a film laminate steel plate, which is suprior in corrosion resistance and molding properties and suitable for can for packing foods, with a high productivity by using a very thin thermoplastic resin film. ;CONSTITUTION: When a nylon film is laminated on a tinned steel belt through an adhesive, temperatures of the steel belt and the adhesive are controlled to be in an optimum range, and the static electricity of the film is removed.
